Farelogix Launches NDC-Dash to Give Airlines Timely Insights into the Efficiency and Effectiveness of their NDC Programs

MIAMI – April 2, 2019 – Recognizing the need for airlines to have timely insights into the efficiency and effectiveness of their NDC programs, Farelogix has launched FLX NDC-Dash. The new analytics dashboard is now available to Farelogix Open Connect/NDC customers that require transactional and performance data around the efficiency and effectiveness of their NDC programs.

 

NDC-Dash uses a series of dashboards to enable reporting based on data flowing through the Farelogix Airline Commerce Gateway. In addition to enabling ad hoc reporting and interactive drill down analysis of data from the standard set of dashboards, NDC-Dash also provides four core reports that highlight how an airline’s NDC API is being used. These reports enable airline executives to spot patterns, trends, and anomalies faster; and easily identify their best performing channels and see which partners are meeting their targets. The reports can also be used to forecast future activities more effectively, optimize an airline’s technical infrastructure, and identify what is driving up look-to-book volumes.

Copa Airlines Selects Farelogix Technology for Enterprise Retailing

MIAMI and PANAMA CITY – April 1, 2019 – Farelogix and Copa Airlines announced today that the complete FLX Airline Commerce Gateway has been selected by Panama’s flag carrier to deliver enterprise merchandising and distribution capabilities across all channels.

 

The FLX Airline Commerce Gateway is a production-proven technology platform that enables airlines to achieve total content control in full alignment with NDC. It is comprised of fully integrated and optimized components for airline-controlled distribution, merchandising, and retailing across channels. It will enable Copa to dynamically create and optimize multiple tiers of airline offers including schedules, availability, merchandising, and shopping/pricing, using technology that is performant-built for airline retailing and that operates independently of the airline’s PSS. Copa will also adopt FLX Open Connect, which provides an NDC-enabled API capable of serving all channels with full orchestration for offer and order management, ticketing, ARC/BSP, and more.

Sabre Enters Agreement to Acquire Farelogix, Expanding Its Airline Technology Portfolio and Accelerating Its Strategy to Deliver Next-Generation Retailing, Distribution and Fulfillment Capabilities

SOUTHLAKE, Texas AND MIAMI – Nov. 14, 2018 — Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR) today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Farelogix, a recognized innovator in the travel industry with advanced offer management and NDC order delivery technology used by many of the world’s leading airlines. Sabre expects that upon close, the acquisition will allow the company to accelerate delivery of its end-to-end NDC-enabled retailing, distribution and fulfillment solutions.

 

Based in Miami, Farelogix provides a suite of SaaS solutions that enables carriers to dynamically create, control, optimize and deliver personalized and differentiated offers across sales channels. These airline-controlled retailing, merchandising and distribution capabilities complement Sabre’s existing retailing and merchandising solutions and future product roadmap.

Etihad Airways to Enhance Customer Experience Through Cloud Technology

Farelogix and Florida International University Establish Airline Data Analytics and Decision Sciences Program

MIAMI – April 25, 2018 – Farelogix and Florida International University (FIU) today announced the formation of the new Data Science for Airlines Informatics (DSAI) program, an advanced training program focused on airline data analytics and decision sciences. Housed at FIU as part of the university’s School of Computing and Information Sciences, the program will be dedicated to the study and implementation of advanced predictive analytics for the airline industry, using machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI). Graduate students will work collaboratively with the Farelogix data and analytics team to develop new data models for optimizing airline revenue management and generating dynamic offers. The program will open in May 2018.

Delta Goes Live with Farelogix Availability Calculator

MIAMI — April 11, 2018 — Farelogix announced today that Delta Air Lines is the launch customer for the new FLX Availability Calculator – a next generation, highly performant and purpose-built ‘single point of truth’ availability calculation engine. Infinitely scalable, transacting over 250,000 TVLs (flight segments) per second on a single commodity server, the FLX Availability Calculator is in a class of its own, and is anticipated to save airlines like Delta millions in legacy hardware and transactions costs. Like other Farelogix offer engines, the FLX Availability Calculator is hosted and managed by the airline and integrated into its own technology stack to provide the airline with complete control over its proprietary rules and availability calculation logic.
