SOUTHLAKE, Texas AND MIAMI – Nov. 14, 2018 — Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR) today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Farelogix, a recognized innovator in the travel industry with advanced offer management and NDC order delivery technology used by many of the world’s leading airlines. Sabre expects that upon close, the acquisition will allow the company to accelerate delivery of its end-to-end NDC-enabled retailing, distribution and fulfillment solutions.

Based in Miami, Farelogix provides a suite of SaaS solutions that enables carriers to dynamically create, control, optimize and deliver personalized and differentiated offers across sales channels. These airline-controlled retailing, merchandising and distribution capabilities complement Sabre’s existing retailing and merchandising solutions and future product roadmap. 

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and MIAMI – September 6, 2018 – Etihad Airways has partnered with Farelogix Inc. to enhance its merchandising and distribution capabilities.

The deployment ofnew generation technology from Farelogix will enable Etihad to provide unique, customised offers to its guests, and strengthen its position as the ‘airline of choices’. Etihad’s strategy will focus on broadening ancillary offerings to customers, allowing for more personalised travel options across all distribution channels.

MIAMI – April 25, 2018 – Farelogix and Florida International University (FIU) today announced the formation of the new Data Science for Airlines Informatics (DSAI) program, an advanced training program focused on airline data analytics and decision sciences. Housed at FIU as part of the university’s School of Computing and Information Sciences, the program will be dedicated to the study and implementation of advanced predictive analytics for the airline industry, using machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI). Graduate students will work collaboratively with the Farelogix data and analytics team to develop new data models for optimizing airline revenue management and generating dynamic offers. The program will open in May 2018.

MIAMI — April 11, 2018 — Farelogix announced today that Delta Air Lines is the launch customer for the new FLX Availability Calculator – a next generation, highly performant and purpose-built ‘single point of truth’ availability calculation engine. Infinitely scalable, transacting over 250,000 TVLs (flight segments) per second on a single commodity server, the FLX Availability Calculator is in a class of its own, and is anticipated to save airlines like Delta millions in legacy hardware and transactions costs. Like other Farelogix offer engines, the FLX Availability Calculator is hosted and managed by the airline and integrated into its own technology stack to provide the airline with complete control over its proprietary rules and availability calculation logic.

MIAMI - November 14, 2017 – Farelogix today announced that Alaska Airlines has gone into production with FLX Merchandise, the industry’s leading enterprise merchandising and rules engine. Alaska Airlines is using FLX Merchandise to take control of its offer in its direct channel.

MIAMI – July 13, 2017 – Farelogix today announced that Cathay Pacific is the latest airline to go live as an interline carrier using Farelogix technology. DUBAI, HANGZHOU, and MIAMI – June 15, 2017 – Emirates Airline today announced that its content is now available for booking in the Chinese market through the Emirates Flagship Store on Alitrip, a subsidiary of Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba. The distribution of Emirates’ rich content to one of the largest consumer booking sites in China is facilitated by Emirates Online B2B, the airline’s IATA NDC Level 2 certified API powered by Farelogix. This is the first airline flagship store in the industry with a NDC connection. Emirates has also implemented Alipay, the preferred payment method of Alitrip customers, ensuring that flight shopping and destination inventory preferences are both aligned to meet the needs of travellers in China, while providing enhanced reporting capabilities to Emirates.

DUBAI and MIAMI – June 15, 2017 – Farelogix today announced that the Emirates Online (EOL) B2B platform now features advanced seat selection and payment, supported by rich content integrated with graphical seat maps.

EOL B2B includes the Emirates B2B (NDC Certified) API as well as the EOL Agency Desktop, both powered by Farelogix. MIAMI and BERLIN - March 9, 2017 - Farelogix and Lufthansa Group have agreed upon a new long-term commercial and technology services relationship to extend and expand Lufthansa Group’s direct connect solutions powered by Farelogix. NEW YORK, MIAMI and MONTREAL – October 27, 2016– Routehappy, the merchandising content platform for flight shopping, today announced an agreement with Air Canada. Under the terms of the agreement, Canada’s largest airline will use Routehappy Hub to distribute highly targeted, visually rich merchandising content across its worldwide sales and marketing channels to improve the flight shopping experience.

LOS ANGELES – July 20, 2016 – SeatBoost has successfully launched real-time bidding forflight upgrades via its mobile app, enabling passengers to participate and bid against oneanother in a live auction environment.

90 minutes before departure, ticketed passengers on available routes can enter their flight number into the SeatBoost app. If premium seats are available, they can join the auction and start bidding for an upgrade. This turns the boring and monotonous pre-flight gate time into an exciting game-like auction, where passengers compete for the top spot on the leaderboard. Winners are notified via the app and are issued new boarding passes in their upgraded class.

Mercator, the airline IT solutions provider of the Emirates Group, and Farelogix have entered into an agreement whereby Mercator will be able to offer the Farelogix Direct Connect technology platform to its current and prospective customers.

Farelogix has released the latest version of SPRK, the company’s travel agency desktop tool that enables agencies to source content from multiple travel providers including airline Direct Connect.

Farelogix supports the recent action taken by the Department of Justice to investigate whether the Global Distribution Systems have violated U.S. federal antitrust laws.
