Delivered as an enterprise or cloud-based solution, FLX Merchandise is an airline-controlled merchandising and rules engine that allows airlines to create customized product and service offers for multiple sales channels, including airline.com, mobile, check-in, kiosks, call centers, and travel agencies (direct or via GDS), all without hard coding and in a manner that is PSS, channel, and IBE-agnostic.
When deployed as an enterprise version, FLX Merchandise is also a powerful developer tool that’s fully integrated into an airline’s proprietary technology stack and can be used for many commercial and operational applications.
