Farelogix and Fetch Technologies Team to Bring Advanced Search Capabilities to the Farelogix FLX™ Platform

March 22, 2005

TORONTO, CANADA – Farelogix Inc., a leading provider of independent faring and multi-source distribution technology to the global travel industry, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Fetch Technologies of Los Angeles, Calif. to jointly create a next generation Web searching and booking capability for travel information on the Internet.

Fetch Technologies develops software that enables businesses to inexpensively access, aggregate and integrate data on the Web. Farelogix provides technologies that enable the travel industry to aggregate content from all four major Global Distribution Systems, airline and private fare inventory, and Internet fare sources. Under the terms of the agreement, Farelogix is fully integrating the Fetch application programming interface (API) into its travel industry solutions. The combined offering will ensure that large retail and travel management companies have one-stop access to fares from a variety of sources, and can also use the most advanced searching technologies available to quickly and cost-effectively match inventory with a traveler’s needs. Farelogix will have Fetch searching technologies fully integrated into its FLX™ Platform by the end of this month.

“Fetch is a perfect match for Farelogix. We are very complementary on both the technology and people sides of the business,” said Jim Davidson, CEO of Farelogix. “By working together we are delivering a comprehensive solution that eliminates the complexities of integrating disparate and constantly changing online travel data.”

Davidson continued, “Through our FLX™ Technology Platform we provide total flexibility and control to our customers by enabling easy access and integration of multiple sources of travel content. Fetch understands this commitment and provides the technology and processes to make it happen.”

“Providing Farelogix with robust searching technology for the travel market was consistent with our industry expansion goals,” said Robert Landes, CEO of Fetch Technologies. “Farelogix is a recognized leader in travel distribution, which means we immediately gain credibility in an industry that is undergoing dramatic change and is ripe for our technology solutions. We are excited about the direction that Farelogix is taking and look forward to supporting them as an integral part of their technology platform.”
