Al Lenza Joins Farelogix Board of Directors 

Brings a Wealth of Airline, Agency, and e-Commerce Distribution Experience to a Board of Seasoned Travel Industry Professionals

MIAMI – May 11, 2010 – Farelogix Inc. today announced that it has added airline industry veteran, Al Lenza to its board of directors. Recognized for his extensive global airline distribution experience and innovation, Mr. Lenza will provide Farelogix with both guidance and a provocative perspective on the changing role of distribution in the travel industry.

“Al is very well known and respected in the travel industry. He has a history of pushing the envelope when it comes to innovation and that is a perspective we value at Farelogix. We expect him to continue to challenge the status quo as the newest member of the Farelogix Board,” says Jim Davidson, President and CEO of Farelogix. “We are very excited to have him join our Board.”

Mr. Lenza has been a travel distribution and electronic commerce industry leader for 30 years. His experience spans all aspects of distribution for airlines, online travel sites, Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and various industry joint ventures. Mr. Lenza was chosen four times as one of the “Top 25 Most Influential Industry Executives in Travel Distribution” by Business Travel News. He served in various travel company boards as well as advisory boards for GDS and online travel/metasearch sites. Mr. Lenza most recently left Northwest concurrent with the Delta Airlines acquisition. He now runs his own consulting company focusing on travel distribution and e-commerce consulting for travel, financial and technology companies involved in this sector.

The Farelogix Board of Directors consists of a team of experienced financial and industry professionals.  Michael Marocco, Head of Private Equity at Sandler Capital (Sandler Capital is Farelogix’s majority investor) was recently joined on the Farelogix Board by industry management professionals – Ellen Keszler, past President of Travelocity Business and Bonnie Reitz, retired Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Continental Airlines. Other Farelogix board members include Bert Amato, a seasoned technology professional and investor, William Bianco, Managing Director at Sandler Capital, and Rick Gossage, founder of Farelogix.

According to Ellen Keszler, “Farelogix has become the de-facto standard for travel industry merchandising. The combination of Al’s tremendous industry knowledge and innovative thinking, Sandler’s long term financial commitment and Farelogix’s rapidly growing customer base is an excellent formula for success.”
