Farelogix FMS™

Making Private Fare Management Easier
The Farelogix Fare Management System provides a new flexible platform to store private fares. FLX enables agencies, and corporations to create, manage, and distribute private fares that no longer require the reliance and expense related to third-party or manual fare filing options. This allows agencies a new level of channel-distribution management that does not exist in the current legacy environment. FMS also incorporates consolidator inventory into the faring process, allowing for the seamless integration of published, private, and consolidator fares for each itinerary.

FMS Feature Highlights:

  • Highly flexible database platform for management of published, private and consolidator fares
  • Easy-to-use GUI allowing for ‘construction’ and maintenance of fares using a graphical tree structure to visually represent organization of contractual rules
  • Alternately, contracts can be imported from a spreadsheet or received through ATPCo feed
  • Scalable and flexible to accommodate a wide range of contract types - from simple point-to-point fares with no restrictions or contain very complex fare constructs, inclusive of routings, rules, markups, discounts, upsells, etc.
  • Geographical zoning capabilities, including regions and zones defined by IATA and ATPCo, as well as custom user-defined zones.
  • Extensive search capabilities for searching within a single database for a contract or multiple contracts.
  • Independent FMS faring engine for contract pricing.
  • Fully integrated with the FLX platform. Contractual rules and restrictions entered in FMS are automatically enforced during the search and book process, which removes the requirement for individual agents to manually ensure a private fare is qualified for a particular itinerary.
