FLX Commando™                                                                  

FLX Commando (patent pending) is a new user interface solution that looks and acts like the GDS cryptic entries…but that is where the similarities end!

Designed to handle multiple reservations format options, FLX Commando simulates crytic GDS command line functions, allowing the seasoned travel agent to continue using these commands while behind the user interface, any type of content source may be accessed through the FLX Platform. Travel agents or corporate counselors can access multiple content types (GDS, web, direct connect, private fares) without ever having to leave the comfort of the native-looking screen.  The preferred format can be user-selected and changed at any point in time.

FLX Commando supports extensive functionality for air shopping, booking and servicing (including ticketing, exchange, refund, seat assignment and more).  Robust PNR management and other supporting functions such as Queues are also supported. Future versions of FLX Commando will support car and hotel shop-and-book capabilities.

FLX Commando can be used as a stand-alone ‘green screen’ point of sale application, or used to complement other point-and-click travel agent user interfaces, such as FLX Hawkeye or PASS Virtual Travel Organizer (VTO).

FLX Commando is fully integrated with the FLX Platform including the FLX Distribution Manager (DM) for dynamic sourcing control, the FLX Master Itinerary (MI) for superPNR management, MIR-FLX for seamless back office integration, and E-FLX for ticketing and reporting (including EMDs).
