The QA Manager is responsible for maintaining a corporate quality assurance system and team that promotes customer satisfaction. Champions continuous improvement efforts and error reduction initiatives to support the established Quality Automation System (QAS); initiate and implement quality improvement activities as appropriate to raise the project and company’s service offerings.
The Quality Assurance Manager assures quality of production by developing and enforcing good quality assurance practices, systems and validated processes of all Farelogix development projects. The QA Manager is also responsible for providing documentation and managing staff to enhance standards and QA methods.


The QA Manager is responsible for managing all QA activities to ensure quality products. This resource
should work methodically, paying a lot of attention to detail, spending time planning, organizing, and having the patience to remain on task until the problem is resolved.


• At least 5 years in a QA manager role.
• At least 8 years experience in Quality Assurance process management of software development
testing with a background in quality assurance/quality control methods, process improvement and
procedures is required.
• Well-versed in Quality Management Software and Processes. Complete understanding of the
Software Development Lifecycle. Familiar with quality assurance principles, inspection techniques
and testing procedures.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
• Willing to work very hard to achieve the highest level of quality
• Experience managing off-shore resources.
• Experience with QA software tools (test management, defect tracking, requirements and traceability

C++ Developer 


Farelogix building state-of-the-art Shopping and pricing engine. This C++ position being primarily focused on software development for airlines fare and pricing system.


• Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.
• Write new program code using prescribed specifications.
• Troubleshoot production Issues.
• Test and develop programming modifications.
• Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part.
• Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.
• Write and maintain programming documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
• Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Other duties as assigned.


    • Must have at least a Bachelor's degree preferable in Computer Science.

    • Must have strong development experience in object-oriented languages C++.

    • Must have strong programming and analytical skills and be willing to code full time.

    • Understanding of XML/SOAP, web services, web application development.

    • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Business Analyst


Farelogix builds state-of- the-art software for travel professionals to use as their point of sale or PNR

service tool. We make our functionality available through our XML API and have developed a UI

product. This position has the primary responsibility of identifying, documenting and communicating

the requirements and direction of new and existing products that meet the market demand and

customer expectations.


Responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams to manage products through concept,

development, introduction, and revenue attainment.

• During concept phase, you will create a product requirements document that defines market,

user, and support requirements.

• During development phase you will work closely with Developers and Project Managers to

ensure that the customer requirements are being met.

• During the implementation and launch, you will work with other internal departments as needed

to ensure all elements of the launch come together to support quick adoption by new and

existing customers.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Participation in industry meetings as needed

• Conduct internal training and/or Quality Assurance as needed

• Contribute to RFP’s as requested

• Work with Sales in the support of customer conversions as needed

• Support vendors and providers as necessary


Special Skills:

Prior Knowledge and experience with XML-based system interfaces, schema design, and

     XML based tools are preferred

Conduct analysis of business and user needs to develop requirements documentation for

      the implementation of systems and applications projects.

Support software development staff by assisting with functionality questions and testing issues

Lead Support Engineer


The ideal candidate has a self-starter attitude and possesses a mix of technical knowledge and support experience. A track record of defining support processes, leading a support team, and hands-on experience assisting customers with complex software issues is essential to fill the expectations of this role.The position requires the ability to communicate with Airline customers, 3rdparty providers and end users as needed. Analyze complex software issues and provide technical leadership in the resolution workflow. You will work with end users, external customers and escalate internally as required. The responsibility of the role will also focus on serving as Farelogix Technology Partners first point of contact via email, phone, eSupport and/or other media for support related requests utilizing Farelogix API Gateway.


• Guides the 3rd party technology providers to ensure customer satisfaction with our products during and after implementation.

• Analyzes technical issues that arise and determines when escalation to our development teams is warranted.

• Conduct training and workshop for 3rd party technology providers as needed.

• Evaluates potential solutions to solve complex problems and selects the best technical strategy to allow for greater scalability of our potential customer base.

• Monitor and track customer issues.

• Troubleshoot 3rd party developer issues using Farelogix API Gateway.

• Guides the 3rd party technology providers with best practices that utilize the Farelogix API Gateway.

• 25% travel required.


• Ability to leada team and provide guidance as needed.

• Must have a minimum of5 years experience providing technical support for application software.

• Knowledge and experience with XML-based system interfaces, schema design, and XML based tools like SOAPUI are required.

• Good Presentation Skills.

Sales Engineer


Sales Engineers are the primary technical resource for the sales force, replacing the need for sales to call on development resources for deeper technical expertise during the prospecting and contracting phase with potential customers. Sales Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisors and product advocates for our products. The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and with FLX internal departments throughout the sales cycle.


• Act as first-level SMEs to the Sales teams

• Work with Marketing to identify the need for presentations and other sale support collateral as required

• Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations and presentations, coordinating with product SMEs and Marketing as necessary

• Facilitate internal discussions with respective product SMEs in order to prepare cost proposals and high-level estimates as required

• Lead responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs, coordinating with product and technical SMEs as necessary

• Convey an effective transfer of knowledge of customer requirements to Product Management teams and Account Service Managers

• Able to travel as needed throughout multiple sales territories


• Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record of working well with customers and knowledge of technology.

• Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
