JIRA Administrator

What you will do:

• Be accountable for ongoing support to JIRA Software end-users. Responsible for supporting Project Administration and User Management. Create and manage complex JIRA workflows (including conditions/validators/post-functions) field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes.

• Build reports and dashboards using advanced JQL and eazyBI for JIRA. Create and modify custom fields in JIRA. Plan and execute major JIRA upgrades as needed. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integrations with Confluence, Zendesk, Aha!, Okta, Slack, Tableau and other internal applications.


Your Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

• At least 3 years of experience as a JIRA Administrator.

• JIRA and Linux Administration

• Exp with tool configuration and dashboard customization

Linux Systems Administrator

What you will do:

• Set up, performance tuning, maintenance and troubleshooting Linux (Ubuntu) servers.

Lead Software Developer

We are seeking a Lead Software Developer with strong knowledge of JavaScript, XML, XSLT, SoapUI, web services C# and C++ to join our team.

What you will do:

Develop, design and maintain Farelogix interface using JavaScript, web services and FLX Platform. Become familiar with the Farelogix Platform. Lead team to ensure effectivecommunication and achievement of objectives.


Your Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

• 7+ years in software development.

• Knowledge of the airline industry and/or experience in travel distribution technologies (EDIFACT, AIRIMP, Airline, or GDS) Preferred. ++

QA Analyst

The QA Analyst is responsible for Automated and Manual testing focused on product functionality, test script creation / execution, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility of Farelogix Product lines.

What you will do:

Responsible for creating, executing and automating existing test cases, solving, and figuring out why something is not working as designed. Attention to detail, organized, and a true problem solver!


• Create and execute automated test scripts using Soap UI tool (Required) OR Ready API (Preferred).

• Execute test plans according to project priorities

• Performs in depth research to define the cause of the problem and offers solutions to the development team to resolve the problem.  Work closely with developers and/or product support representatives to reproduce, isolate, and resolve product anomalies or design issues.

• Analyze test results, identifying and documenting defects.

• Create QA documentation based on project functionality and deliverables.  Make recommendations to enhance existing test suites and test cases for future regression.  Integrate test suites into a test management system 

• Monitor and report on project status; identify issues that may impede attainment of goals; and recommend and implement corrective measures

• Roles, responsibilities and duties may evolve and change over time.

Your Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work exp /at least 2-3 years in a QA Analyst or Tester role.

• Exp with non- GUI based testing and/or testing web services (Web API)

• Good foundation and practical exp with XML-based system interfaces and XML based tools are preferred.

• Exp with QA automation tools such as Soap UI (Required) OR Ready API (Preferred).

• At least 1 year of scripting experience using Java, Java Script or Groovy, understanding of XSLT transformation language, computer science concepts such as variables, data types, strings manipulations, regular expressions.

• Familiar with quality assurance principles, inspection techniques and testing procedures.

C++ Developer

We are seeking a C++ Developer whose primarily focus will be on software development for Farelogix API and NDC API.

What you will do:

• Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.

• Troubleshoot production issues.

• Test and develop programming modifications.

• Write new program code using prescribed specifications.

• Evaluate interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part.

• Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.

• Write and maintain programming documentation.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored or accessed.

• Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.

Your Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferable in Computer Science

• Strong development experience in object-oriented languages C++.

• Strong programming and analytical skills and be willing to code full time.

• Understanding of XML/SOAP, web services, web application development.

Your Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in one or more of these languages: JavaScript, Python, C/C++, Bash (Linux), Batch/PowerShell (Windows)

Senior Technical Writer

We are growing our Documentation team in Miami by bringing on a motivated professional who is versed in the standard tools and practices of the trade, a quick learner, able to work independently in a dynamic environment, passionate about producing quality deliverables, as well as personable and fun. The primary focus of a Sr. Technical Writer is on developing programming guides and XML interface specifications for customers utilizing our XML API.

What you will do:

• Lead a team of technical writers in creating and maintaining the company’s technical product documentation.

• Review the work being handled by the team and ensure adherence to established documentation standards and methods.

• Provide guidance to staff members working on more complex documentation projects and assets.

• Oversee team with day-to-day performance

Your experience:

• 5+ years of experience creating technical documentation in a software development environment.

• Must be able to effectively engage and interview SMEs and other staff members to harvest information about software functionality and API structures.

• Ability to formulate clear and simple descriptions of complex procedures and software workflows.

• Experience creating an assortment of documentation resources, including user guides, release notes, programming guides, process maps, etc.
